Job summary

Property Network Real Estate LLC is seeking a proactive Rental Agent to join the Leasing team in Dubai. You will generate rental leads, support leasing activities, arrange property viewings, and help close rental transactions while handling client inquiries with excellent communication and relationship skills.

The role emphasizes strong follow-up, multi-client management, and collaboration with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and updated property listings on relevant portals and internal systems.
• Ensure property details, availability, rental prices, and photographs are current.
• Maintain records of leads, inquiries, viewings, follow-ups, and transactions.
• Update CRM/database records and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
• Prepare and share leasing activity reports when required.
• Coordinate documentation and other administrative requirements related to rental transactions.
• Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords.
• Receive and coordinate client concerns such as maintenance requests and tenancy matters.
• Coordinate with landlords, property managers, maintenance teams, contractors, and relevant departments to ensure issues are followed up and resolved.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
• Escalate complex issues to the Leasing Manager or relevant department.
• Identify additional leasing or property management opportunities through existing client relationships.
• Generate new rental leads through calls, referrals, portals, networking, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective tenants and landlords to understand requirements.
• Assist Leasing Manager in achieving lead generation and rental targets.
• Source suitable rental properties based on client requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
• Follow up after viewings and assist in converting leads into rental transactions.
• Assist with rental negotiations and transaction coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Stay updated on Dubai's rental market, communities, prices, and trends.
• Develop strong knowledge of the company's rental portfolio.

About the Role

Property Network Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our Leasing team in Dubai.

The Rental Agent will work closely with the Leasing Manager to generate rental leads, support leasing activities, arrange property viewings, assist in closing rental transactions, and handle property management-related client inquiries. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Listings & Administration

• Maintain accurate and updated property listings on relevant property portals and internal systems.
• Ensure property details, availability, rental prices, and photographs are kept current.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client inquiries, viewings, follow-ups, and transactions.
• Update CRM/database records and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
• Prepare and share relevant leasing activity reports when required.
• Coordinate documentation and other administrative requirements related to rental transactions.

Property Management & Client Support

• Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding property-related inquiries.
• Receive and coordinate client concerns such as maintenance requests, property issues, access concerns, and other tenancy-related matters.
• Coordinate with landlords, property managers, maintenance teams, contractors, and relevant departments to ensure issues are followed up and resolved.

• Assist with rental negotiations and transaction coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.

Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on Dubai's rental market, communities, rental prices, and market trends.
• Develop strong knowledge of the company's rental portfolio.
• Monitor market activity and identify new rental and landlord acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate, rentals, leasing, or property management is preferred.
