Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a Leasing Agent with 5–6 years of proven experience in luxury residential and commercial properties. The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a client-focused approach, and familiarity with CRM and Property Management Systems.

Responsibilities include marketing properties, sourcing tenants, lead follow-up, conducting viewings, lease negotiations, and rigorous application processing.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of proven experience in leasing for luxury residential and commercial properties.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Working knowledge of CRM and Property Management Systems.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid RERA cards and driving license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Property Marketing: Promote units through listings, signage, online platforms, and property tours.
• Tenant Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified tenants via networking, referrals, social media, sign boards, open houses, and follow-up leads.
• Lead Follow Up: Respond to inquiries promptly and update the CRM with relevant information.
• Call rotation: Distribute leads daily on a rotation basis; weekend calls may be required.
• Conducting Viewings: Arrange and host property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions aligned with company goals and tenant needs.
• Application Processing: Screen tenants by verifying documents, background checks, and financial suitability.
• Documentation: Prepare, review, and ensure timely signing of lease agreements and renewals.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords for long-term retention; update the CRM at each lease stage.
• Market Research: Monitor real estate trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings; provide weekly CMAs.

5—6 years of proven experience in a similar leasing role, handling both luxury residential and commercial properties. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-focused approach. Working knowledge of CRM & Property Management Systems.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
