Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager in Dubai to drive occupancy and leasing revenue by leading a team of leasing consultants and managing key client relationships. You will oversee end-to-end leasing activity, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with UAE leasing laws and company SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales, with 2+ years in real estate leadership, a strong UAE market network, excellent negotiation and leadership skills, and a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leasing/real estate leadership role
• Strong knowledge of UAE leasing market and regulatory framework
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• UAE driving license preferred
• RERA certification (if property leasing) is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly leasing targets
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of leasing consultants / sales executives.
• Set performance objectives and drive achievement of team targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and property owners/developers
• Oversee leasing activity from lead generation through negotiation and closure.
• Negotiate lease terms, rates, and contracts in line with company policy
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and RERA/DLD (or relevant authority) regulations
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews
• Ensure high occupancy/utilization rates and minimize vacancy periods
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
• Resolve escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction/retention
• Ensure compliance with UAE leasing laws and company SOPs
