Job summary

Banke International Properties in Dubai seeks an experienced Leasing Manager to lead a high-performing Residential Leasing team and drive sustainable growth across Dubai.

You will coach and develop consultants, manage landlord relationships, oversee lead-to-closure cycles, and ensure CRM performance. A minimum of 5 years UAE residential leasing and 2+ years leadership is required, with knowledge of RERA regulations and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE residential leasing experience.
• 2+ years leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's residential rental market and RERA regulations.
• Proven track record in leasing and business development.
