Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with licensing or immigration processes is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Notify clients and partners of upcoming renewal dates and timelines.
• Escalate complex cases from the admin team and provide effective solutions.
• Negotiate renewal terms with partners for optimal outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve renewal conversion rates.
• Regularly update and monitor the CRM system.
