Pairs is hiring a Venture Capital Associate to grow our investor network and manage relationships over time. You will bring in investors who back companies directly and introduce them to opportunities that fit, while opening new investor relationships every month.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building investor relationships.
• Experience taking an investor from first call to direct investment.
• Ability to assess stage, check size, and sector preferences.
• Ability to maintain discretion and avoid naming investors.
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing and engagement.
