Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to help design, evaluate, and refine AI-assisted training deliverables across documents, spreadsheets and slide decks.

You will own facilitator guides and curriculum outlines, build engagement-tracking tools, and craft precise, high-quality materials suitable for enterprise adoption. This is a fully remote, flexible-hours engagement starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding or L&D programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides and course completion and engagement tracking sheets
• Track learner engagement and assess performance using rubrics and dashboards
