We're seeking experienced VPs of operations to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, with flexible remote hours and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience authoring standard operating procedure playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations strategy and capacity planning activities for AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop and refine SOP playbooks, process maps, and business cases.
• Create data-rich documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks to support optimization.
• Collaborate with investors and clients on paid expert engagements as needed.
