You should be able to assess candidates’ qualifications accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements for the Candidate: The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. You should have previous experience in recruiting for different departments and possess strong time-management skills.
