Job summary

Sortitt seeks a results-driven Sales Executive based in the UAE to drive revenue in the media and advertising space. The role is remote, with a requirement to be physically located in the UAE, and focuses on closing high-value advertising deals.

You will identify prospects, manage a strong pipeline, and tailor advertising solutions to client needs while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaigns and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales experience in media, digital marketing, or advertising agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising products, media buying, and campaign performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients within the media, digital advertising, and marketing landscape.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Pitch advertising solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their brand and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles - from outreach and presentations to negotiations and closing.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, content) to deliver successful campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
