Job summary

Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive Guardicore platform value for enterprise customers across the META region, focusing on micro-segmentation, ZTNA, and DNS Firewall.

You will work remotely with customers, travel on-site when required, and collaborate with product, services, and support teams to ensure long-term success while maintaining KPIs like retention and NPS.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Networking or CyberSecurity in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments, scripting and APIs (Python, REST).
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders from CISO to Engineers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; eager to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical resource, helping with platform configuration and use-case strategy.
• Aggregate technical challenges and coordinate with services and support teams for fast resolution.
• Build a complete success plan of a customer's environment, processes, and deployment.
• Be the voice of the customer, liaising with product, support, services, and other teams for long-term success.
• Maintain operational excellence, tracking KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health.
• Work remotely with customers in the META region, with on-site travel when required.
