Job summary

Koitecc Solutions is recruiting a Technical Project Manager in Dubai to lead end-to-end customer engagements across Akamai's Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity solutions in the Middle East. You will drive pre-sales through integration and performance, building lasting customer loyalty.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, advocate best practices, and ensure high-quality service while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the IT industry.
• Experience managing and delivering technical customer projects.
• Knowledge of network, web performance and application/security architectures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers.

Responsibilities

• Advocate best practices for customers and internal teams during product implementation, and provide customer feedback to the Product team.
• Serve as the central point of contact for customers, leading the integrated account team to deliver customer success.
• Partner with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high-quality service and maintain customer engagement.
• Identify service enhancements and potential problems to continuously improve quality of customer service delivery.
• Communicate with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables.
