Job summary

Akamai Technologies GmbH is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to optimize Guardicore platform value for enterprise customers. You will be the technical resource for configuration, strategy, and cross-team collaboration in a remote META-region role with occasional on-site travel.

Success requires deep enterprise networking and cybersecurity knowledge, strong communication, and experience with Windows/Linux deployments and APIs. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Networking, CyberSecurity or DevOps in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity principles.
• Troubleshooting and deployment experience with Windows and Linux environments, with scripting and API basics (Python, REST).
• Proven ability to build relationships with multiple levels from CISO to Engineers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with enthusiasm for learning and new tech.
• CISSP/CCSP/CISM/CEH/CCIE Security or GIAC certs (GCIA/GCIH/GCED/GMON).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated technical resource for platform configuration and use-case strategy to drive value.
• Aggregate technical challenges and coordinate with services/support for speedy resolution.
• Build a complete customer environment picture and deployment success plan.
• Act as customer advocate, liaising with product, support, services for long-term success.
• Maintain operational excellence; manage KPIs including Net/Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health.
• Work remotely with META region customers; travel on-site as needed.
