Job summary

Akamai Technologies in Dubai is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for Guardicore to optimize security platform value through micro-segmentation, ZTNA, and DNS Firewall. This role emphasizes customer-focused technical leadership across on-demand configurations and strategic deployments.

You will serve as the dedicated technical resource, collaborating with Guardicore's services and support teams to resolve challenges quickly and map a success plan for each customer, focusing on

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Networking, CyberSecurity, or DevOps in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security principles.
• Experience with Windows and Linux deployments and basic scripting.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; interest in new tech.
• Hold CISSP/CCSP/CISM/CEH/CCIE Security or GIAC certs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical resource for optimal Guardicore platform use and strategy.
• Collaborate with services and support to resolve technical challenges quickly.
• Create a complete customer environment and success plan.
• Be the voice of the customer to product, support and services teams.
• Maintain KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and health.
• Work remotely with META customers with occasional on-site travel.
