115 Ventures LLC is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to turn customer research, market insights and performance data into winning paid-social ads for our DTC brands.

You will own the creative strategy cycle from research through briefs, production feedback, performance analysis and iteration, with emphasis on results and testing. This remote, full-time role offers substantial ownership and upside via ad-spend commissions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing or direct-response advertising.
• Three+ years owning creative strategy for DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Proven track record of winning paid-social ads.
• Extensive experience with Meta advertising and high-volume testing.
• Experience guiding or mentoring other strategists is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting customer, product, competitor and market research.
• Identifying customer desires, problems, objections and buying motivations.
• Developing creative angles, hooks, concepts and testing hypotheses.
• Writing direct-response scripts and production briefs.
• Maintaining a pipeline of new concepts and iterations.
• Providing clear, actionable feedback to editors and designers.
• Analyzing ad performance and identifying winning patterns.
• Turning performance findings into stronger concepts.
• Documenting tests, results and creative learnings.
• Collaborating with media buyers, editors and marketing leadership.
• Taking ownership of creative performance for assigned brands or campaigns.
