115 Ventures is seeking a Senior Video Editor to produce high-performance paid-social ads for our DTC brands. You will transform concepts, scripts and raw footage into compelling video stories that drive engagement and conversions, collaborating closely with Creative Strategists.

The role emphasizes fast iteration, high output, and strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions and format requirements for Meta and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional video-editing experience.
• Three years editing paid-social or direct-response creative for DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Portfolio showing high-performing Meta or paid-social ads.
• Experience in a high-volume creative environment.
• Experience collaborating with Creative Strategists and marketers.
• Experience iterating creative based on feedback and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Edit paid-social ads from raw footage through final delivery.
• Turn scripts and briefs into persuasive visual stories.
• Create hooks and scroll-stopping openings.
• Use pacing, captions, sound design and visual hierarchy to retain attention.
• Edit short-form ads and longer formats, including VSLs.
• Deliver at least seven high-quality ads per week.
