Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a results-oriented PPC Specialist to manage paid media across Google Ads and social channels. You will drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions while owning planning, execution, and performance analysis.

Collaborate with performance marketers, content teams, and analytics to align paid media with broader marketing goals. This remote, full-time role emphasizes experimentation, CRO, and continuous learning to deliver scalable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (search, display, remarketing).
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management, conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Curiosity and adaptability to stay current with digital advertising trends.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms.
• Develop and test ad copy, creatives, extensions, and messaging variants.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust bids and budgets.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimize landing pages and journeys.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM tags, and analytics pixels.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Forecast spend, traffic, leads and ROI with historical data and market trends.
• Share insights and best practices across teams to improve paid media.
• Stay updated on platform changes and explore new channels and automation.
