Job summary

OpenSpace is hiring a Senior Account Executive, Midmarket, to own the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth in the Dubai region. You will build pipelines, cultivate relationships with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Owners, and demonstrate value to executives and end users.

You will manage complex opportunities with MEDDPICC, forecast accurately, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, while working from a home office and traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling enterprise or mid-market SaaS solutions through a consultative process.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and exec buyers.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from pipeline to close and expand existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy net-new pipeline through prospecting, events, and partnerships.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify, strategize, and execute deals.
• Forecast accurately and maintain clean opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Engage stakeholders from end users to C-suite to align OpenSpace solutions with priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success in a team-selling approach.
• Travel to customer locations and attend regional events as needed.
