Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy consultants to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on developing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated slides across key workflows such as market entry decks and growth strategy narratives.

We require 3+ years at a tier‑2 or boutique strategy firm with expert PowerPoint skills and strong written communication. Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a recognized tier‑2 or boutique strategy consulting firm.
• Strong expertise in storylining, research synthesis, and slide production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support market entry decks, commercial due diligence presentations, growth strategy storylines, and board presentations.
• Ensure high quality, polished outputs suitable for professional investor and client audiences.
