Job summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated Sales Enablement Specialist – Training and Sales Resources to empower our sales teams with knowledge, training materials, tools, product information, and resources to engage customers and achieve business objectives.

You will partner with sales leadership, marketing, product, and customer success to develop practical training programmes, maintain high-quality documentation, and enhance the overall sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience creating professional training materials, guides, and sales content.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programmes for sales teams.
• Create and organize sales resources, playbooks, and templates.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to keep materials up-to-date.
• Maintain centralized digital library of resources and ensure accessibility.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training sessions; track progress.
• Support CRM adoption and data-driven enablement initiatives.
