Equativ in Dubai seeks a proactive Sales Enablement Manager to drive demand-side success across APAC and MENA. You will partner with Sales, Product and Marketing to transform complex tech into persuasive narratives and winning collateral.

Your mission includes managing end-to-end proposal processes, creating templates, and acting as SME during pitches. Strong writing, Excel skills, and English fluency are essential; a marketing background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of media-related experience at a media company, agency, or tech company.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting proposals, documents and presentations for a global audience.
• Marketing background is a strong plus; English fluency is essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process for global demand-side opportunities (Agencies Brands Trading Desks).
• Synthesize complex technical information into clear persuasive and brand-aligned narratives.
• Identify gaps in sales materials based on recurring RFP themes and create new one-pagers and decks.
• Develop best-in-class response templates for Equativ Demand offerings.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the sales team during the discovery phase of a pitch.
• Analyze RFP win/loss data to identify trends and provide regular briefings to the sales team on market needs.
• Own the library of sales marketing tools including presentations and other revenue-generating documents.
• Optimize sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness for sales teams.
• Conduct regular review sessions with sellers and stakeholders to interpret current market needs.
• Explore agentic solutions to strengthen the Sales Enablement and Revenue org
