Dubizzle Group is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to empower the sales teams with strategic tools and engagement techniques. You will manage client data, onboarding, and operational support while coordinating with Account Managers to optimize credit, contracts, and client documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce/classified space or pricing strategy is a must.
• Account management experience and knowledge of CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage sales databases and documentation.
• Assign clients to Account Managers based on location and language preferences.
• Support onboarding through account setup and go-live.
• Provide operational support and act as a point of contact for clients.
