Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) in a remote role for UAE-based enterprise clients. You will troubleshoot complex production issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment, using SQL to diagnose and resolve data problems.

Working with client stakeholders and engineering teams, you will monitor performance, maintain reliability, and drive improvements in support workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in technical support within a SaaS or software environment.
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write queries and troubleshoot production data.
• Experience supporting production web applications in live environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot across databases, applications, and networks.
• Strong English communication; French/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers in a live SaaS environment.
• Write and execute SQL queries to investigate system behavior and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Monitor production environments to identify performance bottlenecks and improve stability.
• Communicate findings to technical client stakeholders and coordinate troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
