Job summary

Bayzat is hiring a Customer Support Agent in the UAE to deliver exceptional support for our SaaS health insurance platform. The role requires strong Arabic and English communication, CRM usage, and the ability to translate complex issues into simple solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably SaaS or health insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Familiarity with AI tools to draft responses and summarize cases, with human verification before customer delivery.
• Empathy and a customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, WhatsApp).
• Respond promptly to inquiries and troubleshoot software issues per guidelines.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to resolve concerns.
• Develop understanding of the SaaS health insurance platform to support customer needs.
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends.
• Identify recurring issues and work with product to implement long-term solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge base and self-service improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and training new customers on the platform.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience with customers.
