You will handle user access, configure dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and promote adoption of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude AI across the organization.

This role combines traditional IT support with SaaS administration to enable sales and operations to run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HubSpot Sales Hub with users, pipelines and dashboards.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration including licenses and access control.
• Strong IT support experience for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Experience managing SaaS applications and AI tools in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot Sales Hub including users, permissions, pipelines, workflows and dashboards.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support amp SaaS Administrator to join our team in the UAE The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support managing key business applications and ensuring the smooth operation of the company s technology environment This role requires a combination of traditional IT support expertise and hands‑on experience in administering SaaS platforms particularly HubSpot Sales Hub Microsoft 365 cloud services and AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and Claude AI The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting business and sales operations resolving technical issues managing user access and driving the effective adoption of digital tools across the organization

HubSpot CRM Administration

• Administer and maintain HubSpot Sales Hub, including user accounts, permissions, sales pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and basic system configurations.
• Provide technical and operational support to the sales team to ensure effective utilization of HubSpot.
• Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and assist users with system functionality and configurations.

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, licenses, permissions, and access controls.
• Provide administration and technical support for Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

IT Support & Troubleshooting
