SQL Server Developer – Database Systems position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full‑time role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise SQL Server databases and related business applications.

This role supports database design, performance optimization, administration, and enterprise data integration while working closely with backend developers, solution architects, and business analysts.

Salary: 12,000–18,000 AED per month (estimated).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise SQL Server databases, database objects, and related business applications.
• Write efficient T‑SQL code, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and complex queries for reliable data processing.
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, execution plan analysis, and normalization best practices.
• Support MSSQL administration tasks, including backup and recovery, access control, security management, and performance monitoring.
• Build database structures that support scalable applications, secure data handling, and high‑volume business operations.
• Work with backend developers, solution architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and convert them into practical database solutions.
• Support integration with enterprise platforms and data systems such as webMethods, Redis, PostgreSQL, and AWS S3.
• Assist with ETL processes, data movement, data validation, and integration workflows across business‑critical systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline practices for database deployment, release management, and environment consistency.
• Review database issues, troubleshoot production problems, and apply corrective actions to maintain system stability.
• Maintain technical documentation for database design, data flows, procedures, security controls, and operational processes.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
