OneStream Software is seeking an Account Director for the Middle East to drive SaaS renewals, expansions and new business across a defined territory. You will own relationships with senior stakeholders, craft executive business cases and navigate multi-product deals.

Backed by a global SaaS platform, the role demands a proven track record in enterprise software sales, strategic account management, forecasting accuracy and quota attainment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales across enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record in hitting quota and retention targets.
• Negotiation skills for renewals, upsell, cross-selling and add-ons.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer base.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
• Internal reporting: CRM knowledge transfer, sales pipeline management, and proposals.
• Grow pipeline via direct prospecting and via partners (Customer Success, BDM, Marketing, Alliances).
• Be a business partner to customers with proactive guidance to drive revenue growth.
