Job summary

RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialist (SaaS) for a fully remote contractor role open to candidates based in the United Arab Emirates. You will analyze CRM billing data, document policy conflicts, and draft precise prompts to guide complex SaaS revenue workflows.

You will also evaluate data integrity across systems, justify changes, and deliver thorough written documentation for stakeholders. Strong English and hands-on CRM ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on revenue ops, sales ops, or customer success ops in SaaS environments.
• Experience configuring CRM systems (fields, workflows, validation rules, permissions).
• Experience with at least two adjacent SaaS revenue tools such as billing/subscription management, CPQ/quoting, ticketing, or automation/integration platforms.
• Background in SaaS fintech/healthtech/insurtech or multi-product setups.
• Proven ability to assess and manage changes cascading across interconnected systems and document policy exceptions.
• Professional English proficiency with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM billing and ticketing data to identify misalignments in operational logic and policies.
• Surface and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, and data mismatches.
• Draft precise operational prompts and recommendations for correct handling of complex scenarios in the SaaS revenue stack.
• Evaluate and articulate the desired data state and correct discrepancies across systems.
• Record reasoning and rationale for changes and note areas left untouched to support transparent decisions.
• Deliver comprehensive written documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
