Job summary

RemoteJobsOne seeks a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) for a fully remote contractor role based in the United Arab Emirates. Qualifications

• 4 years of direct hands-on experience in SaaS revenue, sales, customer success or implementation operations.
• CRM ownership with configuration experience and at least two additional tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing or project tracking.
• Experience resolving policy conflicts and explaining tradeoffs in high-compliance environments (fintech/healthtech/insurtech preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess and refine CRM data models to align with evolving sales, customer success and revenue ops requirements.
• Identify and document resolutions for conflicting operational policies with clear tradeoffs.
• Design and validate compliant workflows for SaaS revenue processes.
• Diagnose and address gaps in revenue data integrity for accurate reporting and analytics.
• Deliver detailed process walkthroughs based on personal system configuration experience.
• Contribute written and verbal insights for scenario-based operational training tasks with stakeholders.
• Recommend system improvements focused on scalability, compliance and cross-functional alignment.
