Ethos is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own close reconciliations, manage audit support tasks, and refine PBC documentation in GAAP context, leveraging Excel and Google Sheets.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $80 per hour, with potential for more hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate accounting or financial operations with close reconciliations ownership.
• Deep fluency in GAAP, PBC documentation standards, and spreadsheet-based control testing.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.
