Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking an ambitious professional to lead centralised Dormancy and Cheque Return Regulatory Operations within UAE banking. You will manage data, reporting, and regulatory controls to ensure accuracy and compliance across Kab sectors.

You will collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations to translate regulatory changes into effective process improvements, uphold governance, and drive high-quality operational outputs for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Experience in Regulatory Operations Management
• Knowledge of Dormancy and Cheque Return regulatory requirements
• Data validation, reconciliation and governance
• Regulatory reporting controls and governance
• Audit coordination and assurance activities
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• Regulatory change management and UAT

Responsabilités

• Manage centralised Dormancy Regulatory Operations, including account, fixed deposit activities, fund transfers and recalls, reconciliations and customer communications.
• Oversee regulatory data management, reporting inputs, validation, reconciliation and data-quality controls.
• Manage centralised Cheque Return Regulatory Operations and related customer-status requirements.
• Monitor processing exceptions and coordinate with business units to maintain compliance and controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, compliance self-certification and closure of observations.
• Collaborate with Technology and stakeholders on regulatory projects and system improvements.
• Organise and supervise team activities to meet targets and governance requirements.
