Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a full-time KYC Governance back-office specialist focused on dormant account management. You will follow SOPs, oversee reconciliation, and generate MIS and dashboards to support risk controls and compliance.

The role requires data accuracy, monthly reporting to Central Bank workflows, and collaboration with RMs and operations to resolve breaks, exceptions and court-case flags while updating process documents.

Qualifications

• Experience with dormant/unclaimed accounts handling.
• Experience in reconciliation and suspense accounts.
• Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow departmental policies and SOPs for dormant account management.
• Review breaks and exceptions from dormant account reconciliation, escalate them to the relevant teams and follow up for resolution.
• Review the daily Power BI report, mark dormancy status for HNI customers and share it with HNI RMs (AMO only).
• Analyze monthly DWH Rule Engine reports for unclaimed accounts.
• Prepare the monthly funds transfer file of unclaimed amounts to the Central Bank, coordinating with DWH, TBO and Payments.
• Reconcile Unit Suspense accounts and prepare MIS and dashboards.
• Advise the AMO team on manual processing of exceptions and on marking and removing "Court Case" flags.
• Update SOPs and manuals and keep up with policy and product changes.
• Log complaints and errors, find root causes and track error trends monthly.
• Support internal quality assurance, audits and closure of non-conformities.
• Manage UATs related to system and process changes.
• Escalate risks and recommend mitigating controls.
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Job Purpose

Support the dormant account management process, including performance improvement, data quality, and implementation of system and process changes within the policy framework and SOPs. Provide back-office support for dormant account activities and the department.
