AimGulf is offering a Recruitment Internship designed for fresh graduates and final-year students to gain practical recruitment exposure. The role includes remote training and hands-on live assignments under supervision to build core sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.

As an intern, you will learn how to communicate job roles, negotiate expectations, and support end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining ethical, professional standards in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students seeking practical recruitment exposure.
• Willing to learn recruitment as a profession.
• Remote work from home is comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and online channels
• Screen CVs against job requirements
• Shortlist suitable candidates
• Maintain candidate records and updates in the recruitment system
• Conduct initial candidate outreach (calls / WhatsApp / email)
• Explain job roles, salary ranges, location, and hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain professional and ethical communication at all times
• Update candidate status accurately
• Share daily activity updates
• Support interview scheduling and documentation
• Follow internal SOPs, timelines, and confidentiality standards
