Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a remote support professional to manage payment system requests and ensure system stability. You will liaise via Jira and email, analyze incidents, and prepare performance reports while coordinating with Finance, Account Managers, and B2C teams.

The role supports payment platforms, emphasizes reliability, and requires strong English and Russian language skills. It offers full-time remote work with flexible hours and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Higher or incomplete higher education, preferably with a technical background.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Russian proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and payment system requests via Jira helpdesk and email.
• Monitor and maintain the stability of payment systems.
• Work directly with payment systems.
• Analyse payment-related incidents and identify recurring patterns.
• Prepare corresponding reports on payment performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including 2nd Line Support, Finance, Account Managers, and B2C.
• Work on a 2/2 shift schedule (12-hour shifts, including 2–4 night shifts per month).
