Job summary

Hantec Trader is seeking a Payment & Back Office Processing Specialist to manage payment life-cycle operations, PSP integrations, and reconciliation. You will coordinate with PSPs, support payment method configurations, and ensure accurate processing across systems.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with multiple PSPs and back-office teams, including UAT testing and daily reporting. Flexible to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payment operations, PSP operations, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and lifecycle management.
• Practical knowledge of PSP/payment gateway integrations and API-based flows.
• Experience with deposit and withdrawal processing.
• Experience with back-office/CRM transaction processing.
• Good understanding of transaction reconciliation and settlement processes.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data analysis ability.
• Ability to work with large transaction datasets and identify discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily deposit and withdrawal transactions across PSPs and payment channels.
• Process and verify transactions accurately and within the required SLA.
• Monitor payment channels and identify failed, pending, rejected, or unusual transactions.
• Ensure payment methods are operational and escalate issues promptly.
• Monitor PSP balances and transaction limits to ensure liquidity.
• Coordinate with PSPs regarding transaction issues, delays, investigations, chargebacks, and settlements.
• Support activation, deactivation, and configuration of payment methods.
• Understand PSP/payment gateway integrations and API-based flows.
• Work with technical teams during integration and testing of new PSPs and payment methods.
• Support UAT testing for deposits, withdrawals, callbacks, statuses, and confirmations.
• Validate transaction data between PSP, internal systems, and CRM/back-office.
• Identify integration discrepancies and coordinate with teams and PSPs for resolution.
• Maintain understanding of payment statuses, API responses, references, and reconciliation.
• Perform daily reconciliation between PSP reports and internal/CRM records.
• Validate status, amounts, currencies, fees, and settlement information.
• Identify unmatched or missing transactions and investigate root cause.
• Prepare daily/weekly payment and reconciliation reports.
• Track outstanding settlements and PSP balances.
• Maintain accurate records of payment movements and reconciliation results.
