Remotedxb is seeking a remote customer service specialist to support clients via phone, email, chat and SMS. You will resolve inquiries, update records in CRM, and coordinate scheduling and dispatch tasks while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior remote customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week with a starting salary in USD, plus growth

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions.
