Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a senior accounting professional to oversee operations for multiple entities across jurisdictions. You will design and refine financial control processes, lead monthly reporting, and support external audits in a fully remote, international setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/financial control with strong IFRS knowledge, Big-4 exposure, and ACCA near-completion being a plus. Excellent English and Russian communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, financial control, or treasury experience.
• Proficiency with IFRS standards.
• Big-4 experience highly preferred.
• Proven experience building financial controlling processes from the ground up.
• Deep technical knowledge of accounting principles.
• ACCA qualification or near completion is an advantage.
• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Russian proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounting operations for several companies across different jurisdictions.
• Build financial controlling processes from scratch and continuously refine them as the business grows.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve internal financial control procedures.
• Manage monthly financial reporting.
• Manage and support external audits.
• Respond to finance-related requests from the CEO / Head of Finance.
• Effectively manage external consultants and legal advisors.
