Job summary

FinSet is seeking a Client Onboarding & PSP Operations Manager to oversee the complete onboarding process for clients, from document collection to obtaining successful approvals from payment service providers (PSPs) and banks. The role demands a highly operational individual with extensive experience in handling PSPs, compliance requirements, and client management.

The candidate should have a strong background in corporate structures, KYC/KYB processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with external partners. Flexibility for a remote setup in the EU is available.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with PSPs and payment providers.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience communicating effectively with banks and PSPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new clients.
• Communicate directly with PSPs and banks.
• Track onboarding progress across multiple clients.
