This remote, full-time role requires a persistent, bilingual communicator who can negotiate payment arrangements, maintain accurate records, and escalate complex cases as needed to management.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with customers.
• Experience in debt collection, telesales, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue invoices.
• Make calls, send WhatsApp messages, and emails.
