Job summary

Ethos is seeking nonprofit program managers to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This is a fully remote, flexible role with 5-20 hours per week and a start date ASAP.

We require 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations, plus direct experience drafting grant narratives, donor reports, or logic models for funders and boards.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced nonprofit program managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for nonprofit program managers with 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
