Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of community programs to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across grant proposals, donor reports, and program briefs, collaborating with nonprofit partners and our research team.

You bring 4+ years in nonprofit program management, grant narrative writing, and proven ability to craft precise, impact-focused documents.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposals, donor reports, and program briefs.
• Support training of language models with sample documents and narratives from nonprofit contexts.
