Job summary

Magic is seeking a dedicated Membership Renewal Coordinator to manage timely communication and handling of member renewals. This remote role requires proficiency with Arketa CRM and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in membership environments, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks independently. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, at a compensation of $7 per hour.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Arketa CRM in a fitness or membership-based environment.
• Proven track record managing membership renewals, pricing updates, and cancellations.
• Ability to work independently during Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Monitor membership expiration dates and run daily/weekly reports.
• Manage and respond to membership and renewal inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate member records and assist with CRM data updates.
