You will keep CRM notes private, ensure professional, concise communication inside the official workspace, and support escalation and operational actions with justified rationale while upholding confidentiality and anti-fraud standards.

Qualifications

• Deep product knowledge to provide accurate, fact-based guidance.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage SLAs within a broker dashboard.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep knowledge of all company products and features to assist subscribed clients.
• Prioritize work via the Broker Dashboard focusing on unread messages and SLA risks.
• Deliver professional, warm communication within the official workspace.
• Maintain strict separation between client-facing messages and internal Private notes.
• Review and fact-check AI-generated draft responses before submission.
• Escalate and manage client queues with clear operational justifications.
