Job summary

Mind Builders Academy is seeking a part-time, remote Sales & Marketing Specialist to promote programs and nurture relationships with learners, parents and partners. You will identify new sales opportunities, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media, and present program offerings to interested audiences.

You will support marketing campaigns, assist with digital content and materials, and track leads and conversions with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, clear verbal and written abilities, active listening.
• Customer service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
• Sales skills to identify prospects, present program benefits, and support enrollment growth.
• Sales management and basic training skills to follow structured sales processes and guide potential customers.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic CRM or lead-tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
• Previous experience in education, training, or youth-focused services is an advantage.
• Relevant coursework or a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
