Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers $70/hour and flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (more if desired).

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
