Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced training managers to design, evaluate, and refine AI-assisted documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for professional workflows. You will own facilitator guides and curriculum outlines, build engagement trackers, and create clear rubrics to ensure quality and consistency across onboarding and learning programs.

This remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 hrs per week) with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
