Job summary

Ethos is seeking a director of people development to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours to fit 5-20 per week and an ASAP start.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning programs, plus proven ability to create engagement tracking rubrics and high-quality facilitator materials. Excellent written communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
