Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curricula outlines, and assessment rubrics.
• Develop and maintain learning materials and tracking tools to support training programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact of training deliverables.
