Ethos is seeking heads of L&D to design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as onboarding playbooks and facilitator guides. This fully remote, flexible role requires 4+ years in corporate training with ownership of curriculum outlines and rubrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop new-hire onboarding playbooks and instructor guides to support scalable training.
• Design and maintain learning curricula outlines, completion tracking, and assessment rubrics.
