We're seeking senior environmental scientists with 4+ years in ecological research, environmental consulting, or applied biology to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, across core workflows such as

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in a consulting, government, or academic setting
• Direct experience interpreting field and lab data such as species counts, water and soil chemistry, or emissions readings and translating it into technical reports for regulators or clients
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated environmental documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Collaborate with the AI lab to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment in outputs
• Contribute to developing robust processes for training AI models on environmental data and reports
